When you’re ready to begin your customized Furniture Refinishing in DFW project with us. We will email you an invoice requesting a 50% deposit. You can securely pay with any major credit/debit card. If you prefer to pay in cash, please schedule an appointment.
Once payment is received, we will schedule your project in our calendar. We recommend selecting the color and sheen before dropping off your piece(s).
Our current lead time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Custom finishes may take longer. If you need your piece(s) sooner, please request our rush service as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
This is our most robust and luxurious finish. We use high-quality, professional-grade polyurethane finishes specifically designed for wood. We begin by meticulously preparing your piece, sanding, and cleaning it to ensure optimal paint or stain adhesion. After priming, we apply your chosen paint or stain, followed by a polyurethane finish in your preferred sheen. The result is a smooth, rich, manufacturer-quality finish.
We can match any color from Valspar, Benjamin Moore, or Sherwin-Williams. Please
provide the brand, color name, color number, and a sample picture of the desired shade. We also
offer samples and consultations by appointment.
For this type of finish, we use General Finishes, Fusion, Wise Owl, Valspar, Benjamin More, and Sherwin Williams paints. Our expertise in Painted Vintage Furniture in Plano ensures your pieces get a professional and long-lasting look. Please provide your color choice. If you need assistance, we’re happy to suggest colors or hues to suit your preference.
Our finishes are available in Flat, Matte, Satin, Semigloss, and Gloss. They can be completed with either a water-based topcoat or a clear polyurethane finish.
We offer comprehensive staining services. We begin by completely stripping the current finish, then sanding and staining in your chosen color. Finally, we apply a clear topcoat finish in your preferred sheen.
If you wish to retain the original color or simply need to restore a top, we can try and match it, which is dependent upon on the age of the piece.
All quotes are for refinishing only. Any additional work, such as repairs, tightening loose parts, gluing, or replacing missing parts (if available), will be quoted and billed separately upon request.
All quotes include original hardware and hinges.
We can refresh your hardware by polishing or spray painting them in a different metallic color. Price: $10 per handle, knob, or hinge.
A- New Handles Using Existing Holes: The provided hardware should match the current hole spacing. Before purchasing new hardware, please measure the distance between the centers of the existing screw holes on your drawer pulls. This is crucial if you are replacing existing hardware and wish to use the same holes. There is no charge to install new hardware if it uses the same holes.
B- Closing current holes and making new ones: To close the current holes and make new holes for the new hardware, we charge $15 per hardware.
Sometimes clients need additional elements for their one-of-a-kind piece(s). For this reason, we work with a variety of materials, including wood, paper, metal legs, glass, mirrors, and more.
